How Era Home Care began
Levan Rusia’s journey in healthcare began in 2013, at an adult medical day care center in Baltimore. Day after day, he sat with seniors, listened to their stories, and came to understand what matters most to them: feeling safe, respected, and at home.
Those moments stayed with him. In 2019, he founded Era Home Care to bring that same warmth and attention into people’s homes, with caring, skilled support that helps seniors live comfortably and independently, surrounded by the things and people they love.
